HIGHFINE PHARMATECH CO., LTD is a Sino-foreign joint venture pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer established in 1992. Our pharmaceutical equipment services cover the full lifecycle of a system — engineering review and factory acceptance testing, validation documentation, installation and commissioning, and long-term after-sales support.

Engineering Support and Factory Acceptance Testing

Projects begin with an engineering review of process requirements, utility interfaces, and site conditions. Our dedicated FAT acceptance center allows customer engineering and quality teams to witness and document factory acceptance testing before shipment, so deviations are resolved at the factory rather than at the plant.

Validation Documentation Packages

The S-Series multi-effect distiller is supplied with full validation documentation; the F-Series lists FAT validation. Documentation and qualification-support deliverables for other systems are agreed per project. Packages are structured to align with pharmacopeial expectations (USP, EP, JP) as general industry practice and to fit into your existing qualification and change-control workflows.

Installation and Commissioning

Our service engineers support mechanical installation, utility hookup verification, and commissioning at the customer site, working alongside your project team and contractors. Handover includes operator orientation on routine operation, cleaning, and maintenance tasks, with documentation recorded for your equipment file.

After-Sales Service and Spare Parts

After-sales support is guided by a simple internal rule: "Quality is the first and after service is the most important." Spare parts and technical assistance are coordinated through our service team, and downloadable product manuals — including those for water systems and BFS machines — give maintenance staff a reliable reference for daily operation and troubleshooting.

The 3S Quality Control System

Manufacturing is governed by our "3S" quality control system: Specialization, Securitization, and Standardization. A dedicated QC testing center verifies components and finished equipment using a thickness tester, endoscopic detector, roughness tester, stainless steel element analyzer, and X-ray detector. Production relies on automatic circumferential and longitudinal seam welding machines, laser cutting, CNC gantry milling, and tube-plate automatic welding robots. Certificates available upon request.
