HIGHFINE PHARMATECH CO., LTD is a Sino-foreign joint venture founded in 1992 and based at No. 379 Zhonghua East Road, Haimen City, Jiangsu Province, China. Our core business is the equipment that makes pharmaceutical products: purified water and water-for-injection systems, preparation and mixing systems, and filling lines. The pharmaceutical cleanroom is the envelope that protects those processes, and we engineer it as a supporting scope within the same turnkey package, so the room, the utilities, and the process equipment are designed against one set of user requirement specifications instead of being stitched together from three unrelated suppliers.
A Supporting Scope, Engineered to GMP Expectations

Cleanroom engineering is not our largest business line, and we do not present it as such. It is, however, the discipline that determines whether a water system, a preparation vessel, or a filling line can actually be qualified in the space where it is installed. Airborne particle control, surface cleanability, room pressure cascades, and documentation all interact with the equipment inside the room. Because we supply both, cleanroom scope is developed from the process outward: where the product is exposed, where personnel and materials enter, where equipment drains, and where sampling takes place.
Turnkey Scope: Conceptual Design to Validation
A typical engagement covers the full engineering chain rather than a single deliverable:
- Conceptual and detailed design — user requirement specification review, room layouts, material and personnel flow diagrams, pressure cascade strategy, and finish schedules.
- HVAC and contamination control — air handling concepts, filtration strategy, and environmental monitoring provisions for ISO-classified environments.
- Cleanroom envelope — sandwich panels, doors, windows, pass boxes, coves, and ceilings specified as one system so tolerances, seals, and interfaces match.
- Documentation — design qualification, installation and operational qualification support, and the drawings, certificates, and material records needed for a GMP inspection.
- Validation support — assistance with commissioning, qualification protocols, and the handover package that your quality unit will review.
Manufacturing is supported by 3 manufacturing bases in China, as stated on the company website.
The Component Systems

Each element of the envelope is supplied as a defined product family, which keeps specification decisions predictable during procurement:
- Cleanroom HVAC systems — chillers, heat pumps, modular air handlers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtration for ISO-certified environments.
- Sandwich panels — rock wool, polyurethane, paper honeycomb, and MgO cores, available in machine-made and hand-made constructions.
- Cleanroom doors — stainless steel or aluminum alloy frames, sealed double glazing, electrical interlock, and auto hinges.
- Pass boxes — GMP-certified stainless steel construction, including H14 HEPA filtration self-purification models.
- Hermetic windows — double-layer sealed glass for flush, cleanable observation points.
- Coves — 8 specialized hygienic corner designs for floor, wall, and ceiling junctions.
- Panel ceilings — T-Grid, I-Grid, and Hook systems to suit different walkability and service access requirements.

HVAC and Contamination Control
HVAC is where most cleanroom performance problems originate, so it is treated as an engineering system rather than a box of equipment. The design defines the air handling train, the filtration stages, the dehumidification requirement for hygroscopic products, and the pressure relationships between adjacent spaces. Modular air handlers allow the configuration to follow the room classification and the internal heat load rather than forcing the room to fit a catalog unit. Terminal HEPA filtration for ISO-certified environments, combined with appropriately sealed envelope joints, doors, and pass boxes, forms the basis of particle control at the critical zones.
Integration with Pharmaceutical Utilities
Because the same supplier delivers the water systems, preparation systems, and filling lines that operate inside the room, utility integration is addressed at design stage rather than on site. Utility routing, drainability, access clearances for sanitization, and the interface between the room envelope and the equipment skids are coordinated in the same drawing set. This matters most for water systems, where dead legs, slope, and sampling points must be resolved with the room layout already fixed.
Qualification and Validation Support
Validation is planned from the beginning. The documentation package traces the user requirement specification through design, installation, and operation, with material records and test documentation aligned to your quality unit's expectations. Pharmacopeial requirements under USP, EP, and JP, along with GMP expectations for cleanroom classification and monitoring, inform the design basis; the final acceptance criteria are agreed with your quality team.
Buyer Checklist
Before requesting a quotation for a pharmaceutical cleanroom, confirm:
- The user requirement specification, including room classifications and critical zones.
- Material and personnel flow, including pass box and interlock requirements.
- Utility requirements for the equipment that will run inside the room.
- Panel core and finish preferences for each area, including washdown zones.
- Documentation and qualification deliverables expected at handover.
- Site conditions, including available services and installation access.
- Regional support expectations for installation, commissioning, and training.
FAQ
Can we buy only the cleanroom scope?
Yes. Cleanroom engineering can be quoted as a standalone package, but most clients combine it with water, preparation, or filling scope so interfaces are resolved by one engineering team.
How are panel cores selected?
Selection depends on fire performance expectations, moisture exposure, cleanability, and structural span. Rock wool, polyurethane, paper honeycomb, and MgO cores are all available in machine-made and hand-made constructions.
Do you supply HEPA filtration for ISO-classified rooms?
Yes. HEPA filtration for ISO-certified environments is part of the HVAC scope, and pass boxes are available with H14 HEPA filtration self-purification models.
What documentation is provided?
Design and qualification documentation, drawings, and material records are prepared for GMP review. Certificates available upon request.
Which regions do you support?
Projects are supported in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
